Spiral Bands / Sleeves consists of rigid ply  of abrasive material, mounted spirally to close tolerance. Mounted on a rubber holder which expands on rotation. Sleeves provides smooth, consistent finish.

Recommended for removing imperfections, parting lines, finishing curved / countered / hard to reach areas on electric or air tools.
